Gordana Simović was born on April 27, 1986. in Pristina. She completed primary and secondary school in Kragujevac, where she graduated at the Faculty of Economics at Kragujevac University.

After graduation, she got a job at KBM Bank in Kragujevac at deposit and liquidity department on position associate for deposit operations. Since 2018, Gordana has been the head of the Treasury Back Office. She participated in operational mergings, migrations and implementations  which transformed and improved bank.

Since 2022., she has been employed as an assistant director at "Ekg InfoData" doo company in Kragujevac until February 2024., when she was designated as CEO.

She speaks English.

She is married and mother of two children.
